It started in a tiny kitchen in Vienna in 2018. Anna and Luca, two food-obsessed friends, were convinced that the world was missing something: a truly next-level cinnamon roll.

They opened their first store with just six flavours and a belief that your daily coffee run deserved to feel cooler. The queue on opening day stretched around the block.
